β€’ National Accounts Manager will manage accounts to drive business growth through strategic planning, β€’ Coordinate strategic initiatives between national account leadership and internal sales team, β€’ Develop annual incentive programs for national accounts, β€’ Facilitate national account promotions and annual shows/meetings, β€’ Coordinate with internal supply chain, finance, product management stakeholders to support national accounts, β€’ Develop medium to long-range sales plans and strategies for customer retention, β€’ Identify and manage interactions for cross/up and repeat sales opportunities, β€’ Ensure customers receive high-quality customer service, β€’ Review and report on customer retention, business opportunities, market trends.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, β€’ Minimum of 8 years sales experience in the Wholesale Channel; β€’ Familiarity with the plumbing industry and products β€’ Experience at a national or regional level supporting a centralized network distributor β€’ Experience selling into Appliance and International Markets
