Description

• Responsible for Legal Global Key Enterprise customers within the business • Leads renewal and upsell sales motions • Drive retention during the renewal window • Manage multiple projects with strong business acumen • Develop relationships and optimize Enterprise customer accounts • Forecast monthly renewal and growth targets • Manage customer health and report on key metrics

Requirements

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience • Juris Doctorate preferred • 8+ years of professional experience • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer success • Experience in Gainsight and Salesforce • Functional/technical skills in SaaS implementations and ERP applications • Strong business acumen and communication skills
