• Responsible for Tax & Trade Global Key Enterprise customers • Lead renewal and upsell sales motions for top existing accounts • Manage relationships and optimize customer accounts • Track customer health and growth opportunities • Ensure customers derive maximum value from offerings • Conduct business plan presentations of account strategies

Requirements

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience • 8+ years of professional experience • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer success • Experience in Gainsight and Salesforce • Functional/technical skills in SaaS implementations and ERP applications are a plus • Strong business acumen and communication skills
