Our vibrant team spans the globe, comprising over 500 innovative minds from 42 countries across five continents. • The Role • We’re hiring a Vice President of Engineering to lead our Seller 365 engineering teams. You’ll be responsible for scaling our engineering org, setting a high bar for quality and delivery, and partnering closely with product and business leaders to drive outcomes — not just output .Our Seller 365 suite is an all-in-one platform offering sourcing, listing, inventory, shipment, and profitability tools tailored for online sellers. It’s mission-critical for our customers, and we’re ready to take it even further. • This is a high-impact role for a seasoned technical leader with a background in software development, who knows what excellence looks like at scale and can communicate it clearly at every level. Interested candidates should have the ambition to lead with clarity, the discipline to scale with purpose, and the technical depth to support a product ecosystem that powers real businesses. 🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering, including 5+ years in engineering leadership roles at SaaS, marketplace, or platform companies. • A strong development background — you’ve been a hands-on engineer and understand what high-quality software looks like at a technical level. • Proven experience leading high-performing engineering orgs at scale — ideally across 20 to 100+ engineers. • A track record of scaling infrastructure and platforms that support mission-critical customer use cases. • Expertise in building strong engineering management layers, fostering and developing talent. • Strong instincts for systems thinking, structure, and process • Excellent communication skills — able to clearly articulate technical vision and business alignment across all levels. • Deep empathy for product and customers — you solve real problems, not just build features.
