• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Partnership and/or Business Development in financial services • Deep understanding of the Forex market and IB structures • Excellent knowledge of English & native Portuguese speaker • Experience using partner management platforms or CRM tools • Computer literate with good Microsoft Office skills • College or University degree • Outstanding negotiation, problem-solving, analytical and communication skills • Organized, diligent and detail-oriented • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships • Positive can-do attitude
