Description

• Assist the Senior Director, Response with day-to-day management of the Response Unit. • Responsible for growing and overseeing the company’s Debris Monitoring business sector. • Manage the Tidal Basin Debris team and grow relationships with teaming partners. • Coordinate pre-event activities with the Client and stakeholders. • Act as the engagement manager for assigned projects. • Supervise and mentor assigned staff. • Responsible for ensuring all work is performed safely. • Provide management of operations including monitoring project budget. • Provide daily project oversight and quality assurance. • Responsible for communicating project status to senior leadership. • Promptly resolve any contract, performance, or personnel issues. • Provide technical assistance to the Client in all phases of debris operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Emergency Management or related fields. • 7+ years of experience in disaster recovery work with a focus on Debris Management • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity • Previous experience in disaster debris private sector work is preferred • PMP preferred • CEM or equivalent state certification preferred
