β€’ build a pipeline of opportunities from inbound leads and cover the full sales cycle β€’ identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts β€’ close deals with a focus on the net revenue added each month β€’ be involved in creating processes, playbooks, and mentoring team members β€’ serve North America-based clients and be able to work in both East and West time zone β€’ manage upsells in collaboration with the customer success managers β€’ create relationships with our top clients and new sign-ups β€’ create impactful email and outreach campaigns for your book of business

Requirements

β€’ have professional experience (min. 5 years ) in a SaaS Account Executive role selling to various industries and sectors β€’ have a proven track record of success in fast-paced, high-volume SMB sales as well as experience handling larger upmarket opportunities and a strong emphasis on outbound sales strategies β€’ feel passionate about sharing knowledge and participating in improving processes by creating sales playbooks β€’ already gained some experience in coaching, mentoring, and leading by example the team of sales professionals β€’ have experience in selling to US-based clients β€’ have native or close to native English skills ( a high-level proficiency) β€’ ability to build mutually beneficial relationships β€’ are familiar with Hubspot, Totango, Gong, or similar platforms β€’ team leader or sales coach experience will be a big plus
