β’ have professional experience (min. 5 years ) in a SaaS Account Executive role selling to various industries and sectors β’ have a proven track record of success in fast-paced, high-volume SMB sales as well as experience handling larger upmarket opportunities and a strong emphasis on outbound sales strategies β’ feel passionate about sharing knowledge and participating in improving processes by creating sales playbooks β’ already gained some experience in coaching, mentoring, and leading by example the team of sales professionals β’ have experience in selling to US-based clients β’ have native or close to native English skills ( a high-level proficiency) β’ ability to build mutually beneficial relationships β’ are familiar with Hubspot, Totango, Gong, or similar platforms β’ team leader or sales coach experience will be a big plus
