Description

• Responsible for building and managing the company’s network of strategic IT partners. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance collaboration with partners. • Drive mutual growth and success while ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Identify and evaluate potential IT partners that align with company goals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners. • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance. • Monitor market trends to be informed about developments in the IT partner landscape. • Define and track KPIs to measure the success of partnership initiatives. • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop co-marketing programs. • Foster a culture of innovation and facilitate joint development efforts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience (or 6 years + Master's degree) in partner management, business development, or related IT roles. • Strong understanding of the IT ecosystem with knowledge of key vendors and market trends. • Proven track record in developing and managing strategic partnerships. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. • Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making. • Proficiency in CRM and partner management tools. • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
