📋 Description

• Media subject matter expert. • Client Management & Leadership: Serve as primary point of contact for key clients, overseeing day-to-day needs. • Digital Media Expertise: Leverage strong omnichannel knowledge of primary performance and brand channels. • Strategic Planning: Lead the development and delivery of strategic media plans informed by data-driven analysis. • Relationship Building: Build and nurtures client relationships rooted in trust, proactively addressing client needs. • Team Leadership & Development: Oversee the delivery team managing individual channel activity for clients. • People Management: Manage 3-5 direct reports across the Client Partner team. • Problem Solving: Lead by example with a curious and resourceful approach to addressing your clients’ challenges. • Innovation and Thought Leadership: Stay at the forefront of industry, consumer, platform, and relevant trends. • Client Onboarding & Transitions: Oversee client onboarding, offboarding, and account transitions. • Business Acumen and Financial KPIs: Collaborate closely with Pod Leader and Directors throughout the pod to achieve financial targets.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Media Client Delivery roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns • 4+ years of people management experience • 4+ years of ecommerce experience; ideally in Apparel or Footwear vertical • Extensive experience managing integrated media campaigns, including performance media & digital brand activations • Expertise in multiple digital platforms (Google, Meta, DV360, etc) and with a deep understanding of how they work together • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams • Proven ability to be decisive and true in conviction; driven and logical thinker • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Competency in using and analyzing data from digital measurement/analytics tools to drive cross-channel optimization decisions • Hands on experience and understanding of media research tools such as: Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, Commspoint
