📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, guiding advertising strategies to drive client growth. • Analyze campaign data to uncover insights and trends, and craft compelling narratives that highlight performance, successes, and areas for optimization. • Oversee the onboarding and transition of clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met from day one. • Manage and mentor a team of strategists and Specialists, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional growth. • Align strategies with clients' financial goals, monitor performance, and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI. • Introduce innovative strategies based on industry trends and maintain an in-depth understanding of the advertising landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in TV, Video, Audio & Display with a proven track record of managing and developing strategy for successful campaigns. • Management experience preferred • Experience with SQL and data analysis tools (Excel, Google Suite, Tableau) • Competence with principles of marketing data analysis, including A/B testing, incrementality, statistical significance a plus • Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
