• The Engagement Manager - Federal plays a crucial role in Nexthink’s services organization, acting as a key representative for our company in the U.S. Federal government sector. • This position is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Nexthink’s solutions and services in federal environments, addressing the unique needs and challenges faced by government clients. • The Engagement Manager -Federal requires a hard-working and enthusiastic individual with strong technical and communication skills, along with the ability to establish and maintain confidence with colleagues and federal customers. • A proven track record of project managing enterprise software deployments on behalf of vendors in the federal sector is essential, as is the ability to travel as required.
• 4-year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. • Certified in the ITIL Methodology. • Proven experience leading the deployment of complex enterprise solutions in a multi-vendor environment, including collaboration with Systems Integrators within the federal space. • Ownership of all aspects of the services contracting process for federal clients, including resolving any negotiations by involving senior management as appropriate. • Relevant project management certifications. • Minimum of six years of relevant project management work experience, with at least four years in a customer-facing role for a software vendor (two of which should have been in delivering SaaS-based solutions to federal clients). • PMI-Project Management Professional Certification preferred. • Demonstrable successful delivery of multiple engagements within the federal sector. • Strong communication skills (written, presentational, and interpersonal) with the ability to consult and influence within culturally diverse, multinational organizations. • Ability to guide and resolve any escalated delivery issues through the judicious involvement of company management and optimal deployment of company resources. • Commitment to customer satisfaction, particularly in the context of federal government clients. • Strong understanding of the US Federal government structure and procurement processes. • Must be able to pass security clearance for each government agency that is using Nexthink’s platform (if needed).
