β€’ Shape growth strategies for Tixr, a live event ticketing company β€’ Leverage existing relationships in Western Canada to acquire new clients β€’ Collaborate with Tixr's sales team and executives to drive sales efforts β€’ Build and manage a Sales Ambassador program β€’ Participate in strategic networking and travel as needed

Requirements

β€’ Preferred Bachelor's degree in business or a related field β€’ 5+ years of primary ticketing or similar experience β€’ Successful track record in sales roles β€’ Familiarity or direct involvement within the industry and live event commerce β€’ Excellent communication and consultative negotiation skills β€’ Building and maintaining client relationships β€’ Effective presentation abilities for pitches and proposals β€’ Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills β€’ Ability to address challenges and objections constructively β€’ Proficiency in both front-end and back-end sales software and CRM systems β€’ Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and strategies β€’ High motivation and a results-oriented mindset β€’ Maintain high ethical sales standards
