Description

• Ensure progressive organizations have access to quality data and technology. • Lead the Data Analytics team to provide insight and analysis for members. • Work closely with the Director of Data & Technology. • Facilitate quality service via data visualizations, analysis, and best practices. • Manage staff and direct the internal road map for the Data Analytics team.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of data experience. • Demonstrated people management experience, ideally in direct management of staff. • Demonstrated passion and aptitude for thoughtful problem solving and execution regarding teamwide systems and processes. • Demonstrated passion and aptitude for direct coaching, development, and mentorship of staff. • Experience setting goals, roadmaps, or work plans for a team. • Data and/or technical project management experience. • Proficiency with creating dashboards and visualizations. • Experience with mapping. • Advanced SQL. • Experience with statistics. • Understanding of campaign/organizing data best practices. • A desire to continuously learn new things and willingness to experiment. • Experience interacting with and analyzing the voter file, census data and/or another large dataset. • Excellent time management skills. • Ability to communicate and collaborate with emotional intelligence across multiple internal and external stakeholders. • Comfort communicating via remote work tools like Slack and Zoom. • Passion about diversity, equity and inclusion.
