Description

• Focus on customer life cycle, supporting growth of State Government accounts • Sell to State accounts and renew contracts • Increase customer satisfaction and improve revenue • Drive customer retention activity • New business development and prospecting • Establish and nurture customer relationships to drive sales • Conduct customer account maintenance and offer analysis • Monitor and resolve customer issues • Track account activity and results • Achieve efficiency and sales goals based on metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 4-7 years of experience selling to State Government accounts strongly preferred • 4-7 years of Business Sales experience required • 4-7 years of wireless, telecom, or technical sales experience preferred • Strong attention to detail • Business analysis • Presentation skills • Problem-solving skills required • Must be at least 21 years of age • Legally authorized to work in the United States
