Description

• Take charge of hiring, training, and developing a high-performing sales team. • Your leadership will directly impact income and team performance. • Design and oversee comprehensive sales plans. • Coordinate and lead regular sales meetings to inspire collaboration. • Interview, hire, train, and develop successful Account Executives. • Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching to team members. • Take on additional duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required • Bachelor's Degree preferred • 4-7 years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience required • 2 years of people management responsibilities preferred • 2 years of telecommunications/technical sales preferred • Strong coaching skills required • Ability to make presentations to large groups and one on one required • Consistent track record of high yield business sales success required • Well-honed negotiation skills required • Familiarity with basic HR/Recruiting processes required • At least 18 years of age • Legally authorized to work in the United States
