Description
• Work in a growing, fast-paced industry to help guide families on their search for senior living communities, while working remotely from home. • Make outbound calls to follow up with families, providing referrals, scheduling tours, and offering additional support. • Act as the liaison between families in need and senior housing communities or care providers.
Requirements
• Prior phone sales and remote work experience preferred • Ability to multi-task; simultaneously talk on the phone and take notes on the computer • Ability to manage a large lead base thru intensive follow-up • No senior living industry experience required
