📋 Description

• As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth of our assistive communication devices distributed through UK healthcare regions. • You will lead and inspire a team of Solution Consultants to become trusted advisors that evaluate clients needs for assistive communication. • Your collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will ensure the development and effectiveness of device prescriptions across the UK healthcare landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field—proven success in sales within assistive technology can substitute for formal education. • Several years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry. • Experience with assistive communication devices is highly advantageous. • Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating teams. • The ability to guide your team to become trusted advisors is crucial. • Strong ability to analyze sales data and metrics, using insights to drive improvements. • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer outcomes. • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
