β€’ Lead efforts to deepen and strengthen Brave’s membership and supporter network. β€’ Launch and support Brave Platforms and engage partner organizations. β€’ Develop strategies to grow membership and boost organizational capacity. β€’ Train, connect, and empower survivor-advocates. β€’ Drive systemic change and serve as a focal point for trauma-informed advocacy. β€’ Lead development of safety and well-being policies and practices throughout the movement. β€’ Oversee collaborative advocacy strategies with Campaigns, Communications, and Policy teams. β€’ Foster an inclusive and empathetic team culture and provide resources for safe engagement.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ At least 8 years of experience in movement building, grassroots organizing, advocacy, or related fields. β€’ Proven track record of mobilizing diverse communities, coalition building, and fostering partnerships across sectors. β€’ Commitment to the values and mission of Together for Girls and the Brave Movement. β€’ Demonstrated experience in program management, including designing and implementing successful movement-building initiatives. β€’ Ability to prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and to successful completion. β€’ Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion. β€’ Proficient in Google Workspace and project management software. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ High emotional intelligence. β€’ Familiarity with remote-first, asynchronous work and trauma-informed practices. β€’ Experience working in globally distributed or multicultural teams. β€’ Passion for addressing sexual violence, gender-based violence, and/or violence against children. β€’ Direct experience with movements to address sexual violence, gender-based violence and/or violence against children is desired. β€’ Additional languages, especially French or Spanish, desired.
