Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or equivalent preferred). • 8-10 years of experience in finance with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing revenue functions. • Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and accounting standards. • Demonstrated understanding of financial system development and improvement. • Proficient in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools. • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, technologies, and business processes swiftly. • Willingness to work at the grassroots level to drive efficiency and improve processes.
