🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, and HR operations, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment. • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing platforms (e.g., Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout). • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a high level of attention to detail. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build trust. • Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. • Bonus experience: • Experience in fintech or technology-driven environments. • Exposure to global hiring or working with distributed teams.
