Description

β€’ Tonic is expanding our Enterprise sales team for SaaS products. β€’ Join a fast-growing startup with leading investors. β€’ Source, nurture and qualify new leads - and close new logos. β€’ Drive expansion into new business areas and cross-selling products. β€’ Deliver product demos and presentations. β€’ Build relationships with high-potential customers. β€’ Lead negotiations and contract discussions. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions. β€’ Shape the product roadmap from customer input. β€’ Develop and implement scalable sales processes.

Requirements

β€’ Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role β€’ Experience selling technical products in DevTools, DevOps, Security, MLOps, and similar markets β€’ Confidence selling to leadership in AI, engineering, security, or similar technical VP/C level decision makers β€’ CRM proficiency (we use Salesforce) β€’ Strong written & verbal communication skills, and demonstrable confidence with technical topics β€’ Curiosity and a willingness to learn quickly, work hard, and achieve the goals set by the team β€’ Teammate mentality, easy to work with, creative and quick on-the-spot thinking β€’ Demonstrated leadership experience with a get-stuff-done attitude β€’ Bachelor’s degree β€’ Located in the United Kingdom
