β’ Applicants must be based in the western region of the US (west of the Mississippi). β’ 4 to 6 years of experience in CPG sales, preferably with Conventional Grocery retailers in the Western US. β’ Prior experience working with brokers and distributors, preferably in the Conventional Grocery channel. β’ Proficient in utilizing syndicated data sources (such as IRI and Nielsen) to drive insights, strategies, and forecasts. β’ Strong understanding of P&L management and trade to optimize customer strategies. β’ Build creative shopper marketing activities and promotions to drive awareness and a high ROI. β’ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, finance, and IT teams, both internally and externally. β’ Embodies our core values: outspoken, willful, entrepreneurial, and always making you smile. β’ A strong believer in Tony's mission and vision. β’ Ability and desire to travel to our corporate office in NYC, as well as customer meetings and shows. β’ This role will require between 25-50% travel on average.
