β’ Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and outreach. β’ Travel throughout the Tri-State area to meet with prospective and current clients, present insurance products, and close deals. β’ Develop long-term relationships with clients and prospects to ensure customer satisfaction and continued business growth. β’ Work closely with internal teams and back-office support to ensure a smooth sales process, from initial contact to policy implementation. β’ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
β’ Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in insurance or a related industry. β’ Existing book of business is a plus. β’ Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively. β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly. β’ Must be willing to travel frequently within the Tri-State area. β’ Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
