Description

• You'll play a crucial role in growing and supporting a set of distribution partners across North America. • Cultivate strong relationships with distribution partners to drive focus, collaborative programs and sales. • Provide hands-on support to partners throughout the sales process, including training sessions and active participation in end-customer meetings. • Execute pipeline activities by tracking forecast data and ensuring consistent progress toward goals. • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to support partners effectively and drive initiatives. • Track and analyze key trends to make informed decisions and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA optional. • About 3-6 years of proven hands-on experience in channel management, partner support, or working directly for a distributor. • A proven track record of building successful relationships. • Understanding of channel sales tactics and best practices. • Ability to grow sales at existing partners and obtain valuable new partners. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (native level).
