Description

• Manage a portfolio of accounts in Accounts Payable automation. • Foster customer relationships and drive account growth. • Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers on best practices. • Conduct customer reviews to ensure goal alignment. • Work with teams to improve the value of solutions offered. • Utilize experience to assist with change management in AP processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with accounting teams and terms. • 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably at a SaaS company focused on B2B enterprise and mid-sized customers. • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, ChurnZero, Gainsight, or similar. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL, or business analytics solutions. • Excellent written and verbal communication across various levels. • A natural curiosity and a passion for customer success. • GAAP certification preferred but not required. • Familiarity with Workday Financials or other cloud ERP systems nice to have.
