📋 Description
• Proactive and customer-focused role for retaining and growing customer base • Respond to and resolve inbound customer inquiries related to technical challenges • Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues • Educate customers on product features and workflow optimizations • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues • Track customer issues and document resolutions • Proactively engage with customers approaching renewal
🎯 Requirements
• 1-3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or technical support • Ability to quickly learn technical tools
