📋 Description
• As the first Account Executive at Arvor, this role will define the operations of the brokerage across nearly all functions. • You will provide expertise spanning a wide range of topics, from placement to reporting to finance. • Map out core brokerage workflows, including SOPs, automations, and more aspirational items, with the broader team. • Provide feedback on company strategy, technology roadmap, workflow decisions, and sales and marketing collateral. • Help build out carrier and wholesaler relationships. • Tap your network of trusted broker and carrier contacts for near term product and strategy feedback, and longer term recruiting and appointments. • Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements. • Contribute as needed - it’s a startup after all!
🎯 Requirements
• Hold appropriate licenses, with a willingness to expand licenses as the firm scales. You may serve as the DRLP. • 5+ years of insurance brokerage experience, with 3+ years serving as a key client and producer contact.
