β’ Customer Service Representative (CSR) ensuring a World Class Service experience. β’ Handle policy inquiries and change requests while delivering exceptional customer service. β’ Proactively identify additional protection opportunities to promote policy growth. β’ Ensure first contact call resolution and maintain professionalism with clients.
β’ Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance sales experience REQUIRED: 2 years preferred. 1 year minimum. β’ Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License or Personal Lines Insurance License (Required). β’ College degree preferred, but not required. We appreciate solid work experience. β’ Bilingual (Spanish/English) or multilingual (Plus). β’ Minimum 1 year P&C insurance customer service experience. β’ Excellent interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. β’ Ability to adapt to changes in business requirements (i.e.: shift and weekend work schedules). β’ Excellent active listening skills. β’ Ability to self-manage and prioritize workload. β’ Proficient computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office products and agency management systems.
