β€’ Taking inbound calls from Members, Medical Facilities, Transportation Providers and Health Plans β€’ Accurately enter ride details to ensure successful ride completion β€’ Confirming member eligibility β€’ Answering Member inquiries regarding transportation services β€’ Identifying and assessing Member's additional needs β€’ Intaking of Member Concerns β€’ Actively working with other internal departments to quickly address real-time issues β€’ Other duties as assigned

Requirements

β€’ Must be fluent in Mandarin (verbal) β€’ High school diploma or equivalent β€’ One (1) year of inbound call center experience in high call volume atmosphere β€’ Must be able to pass a criminal background record check and sanctions check β€’ Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. β€’ Must have the ability to work availability including overnights and weekends
