Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills with a strong command of English (both written and spoken). • 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role. • An outgoing, energetic, and passionate personality and attitude. • A sense of responsibility and commitment to excellence. • Proficiency in computer software and a quick learning ability. • A quiet work environment and reliable equipment. • A stable internet connection and a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM. • Availability for a 9-hour shift between 09:00 AM - 09:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday.
