Description

• Provide excellent customer service through phone, chat and email by resolving customers' concerns related to their payment (status, tracking, cancellation, refunds, general queries) within the acceptable handling time • Process payments on behalf of the customer, if requested by the customer • Provide back-office support to the company by processing order, payments, refunds, cancellations and customer data update using the Client’s existing systems • Stay up-to-date with new procedures and feature launches • Ensure assigned tasks are completed within specified timeframe and with a minimum number of errors or omissions • Maintenance of CRM and ensuring all information is recorded, updated and accurate at all times

Requirements

• Has a great sense of empathy • At least High School (old curriculum) graduate | SHS Graduate | Associate or Vocational Graduate | College Graduate • must have experience in bpo/call center • Knowledgeable in Computer Navigation and System tools. • Good English communication Skills • Ability to Interact with Various Types of Customers
