Description

• Take inbound customer service calls from our P&C insurance business and handle policy inquiries and/or change requests all while delivering World Class Service at every customer interaction. • Answer customer inquiries on coverage changes, limits, and deductibles; educate customers on coverage exclusions and exposures, and review customer policies, update customer policy records, audit and maintain electronic files. • Support our customers by informing, educating, and delivering an effortless and personalized experience. • Service requests in a timely fashion and with the highest quality that includes accuracy and completeness. • Proactively identify and act on additional protection opportunities to promote policy growth and improve customer retention – warm transfer the call to Sales. • Ensure first contact call resolution and achieve the highest customer satisfaction on all interactions; and as necessary, follow up with customers with outbound follow up call/s in a timely manner. • Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and establish a positive rapport with every customer.

Requirements

• Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance sales experience REQUIRED: 2 years preferred. 1 year minimum. • Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License or Personal Lines Insurance License (Required). • College degree preferred, but not required. • We appreciate solid work experience. • Bilingual (Spanish/English) or multilingual (Plus). • Minimum 1 year P&C insurance customer service experience.
