• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Strong understanding of Reseller accounts and landscape • Successful sales experience in the technology industry. Knowledge of Networking products is a plus. • Ability to expand awareness and market share within the key accounts. • Ability to sell value and effectively position TP-Link products against our competitors. • Must be able to demonstrate professional presentation skills on complex topics • Results oriented and effective in customer situations comprising senior level management as well as technical personnel. • Understand the competitive landscape and what is needed to succeed. • Ability to engage within the different verticals and qualify TP-Link products where it permits. • Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic sales environment • Proven ability to exceed goals and expectations. • Strong oral and written communication skills • Follow KPI to ensure we are on track to goal and Initiatives. • Maximize marketing programs within key accounts. • Good with Event participation and follow up. • Team Player • Ability to create promotions (Sales spiffs & Contests).
