• Responsible for configuring and implementing new customer accounts within the TraceGains software • Engage in collaboration with R&D, QA teams, and customer success • Translate technical terminology to everyday language for customers • Manage and upload large sets of customer data in a live production environment • Deliver on expectations and goals to ensure timely completion of projects • Provide additional support to customers on the use of TraceGains software
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or related field • 1-3 years’ experience in system configuration, vendor management, and data analysis • SQL programming and SQL Server or Relational Database experience is preferred • Experience with APIs, Single sign-on (SSO), and Power BI is preferred • Highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office suite • Demonstrate strong problem solving and troubleshooting ability • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proven ability to present information effectively to all levels • High level of professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes • Proficiency using standard software applications • Highly motivated, flexible, and self-sufficient • Outstanding organizational skills
