• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field. • 4+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing high-performing engineering and technical talent. • Deep understanding of technical roles, tools, and technologies, including programming languages, frameworks, and methodologies. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, build relationships, and negotiate effectively with top-tier candidates. • Proficiency in leveraging recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing tools to identify and manage candidates. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics to advise hiring managers and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
