📋 Description

• Own your pipeline end-to-end, from discovery and building a compelling impact case to winning the organization and negotiating the deal to closure for customers with high strategic relevance. • Understand how TradeLink aligns with our target accounts' strategic objectives, individual processes, and challenges while showing a consultative approach. • Act as a respected advisor to our future customers. • Represent TradeLink to the outside world by building sincere relationships with prospects and customers while helping them achieve their goals. • Take a leading role in collaboration with the BDR team to evaluate and create promising opportunities, while sharing industry learnings with the organization. • Work closely with the GTM team and the CEO in iterating our sales approach based on market learnings. • Take a leading role in representing TradeLink in selective events like exhibitions, customer events, and webinars. • Build direct relationships with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to share learnings and get support for deals.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or comparable roles within a B2B SaaS environment. • Experienced growth in previous roles and successfully closed key prospects. • Highly motivated by landing and expanding deals in the SaaS industry, leveraging a value-based sales approach to create long-lasting customer relationships. • Keen interest in learning about logistics and supply chain management to speak the language of our customers and analyze their problems. • Natural curiosity for our prospects' business and processes; able to think fast to build convincing cases and win the trust of our prospects. • Experience in managing organizational decision-making processes and handling multiple stakeholders. • High hunger for success that translates into persistence, resilience, and proactivity in winning great opportunities and competitive processes. • Highly value working in a fast-paced environment; eager to constantly learn and improve together with colleagues. • Fluent in German and English.
