Description

• The Customer Success Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that our global client base receives an exemplary standard of customer support across multi-channels - via email, phone, and live chat. • Remote: shift time 14:00 to 22:00 UK time. • Trade Nation helps customers power up their trading. • You pride yourself on being unique and finding solutions to daily challenges. • You know when to take the right sort of risks and support customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in working in the financial services sector. • Knowledge or demonstrated interest in the CFD/FX/online trading space. • Previous experience working for a CFD Broker or similar.
