• Develop a broad range of creative materials that reinforces Transamerica brand and product positioning across company channels and platforms. • Develop concepts and lead complex initiatives and programs for internal and external audiences. • Concept, design, and deliver creative marketing materials across various mediums to support the company’s campaign and marketing objectives • Work with the Creative Director, Art Directors and content team on creative development to understand requirements and goals to be communicated • Stay up-to-date with and provide regular status updates on assigned projects • Make recommendations to improve efficiency, productivity, processes and procedures • Help create templates and standards for use by our marketing teammates • May be responsible for specialty areas/projects as determined by Creative Director • Maintain expert knowledge of applicable business, procedures, products, industry news and developments
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital design, or related design field • Eight years of experience in graphic design with a proven track record in creative marketing • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) • Demonstrated ability to manage brand strategy and maintain high design standards using traditional and digital formats • Excellent presentations skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to diverse audiences • Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills to assimilate ideas in collaboration with diverse stakeholders and mentor/coach junior staff • Organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines
