• We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team at Transamerica. • As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role on the Investments Marketing team by promoting our investment solutions across multiple channels and creating compelling marketing materials. • Your primary responsibility will be to develop content that effectively communicates product and capital markets concepts and engages our target audience. • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Transamerica Retirement Investment solutions. • Create engaging and informative content related to capital markets concepts, mutual funds, CIT’s, Target Date Funds, and Stable Value investment strategies. • Collaborate with internal teams, including investment managers, sales, and compliance, to ensure accurate representation of offerings. • Craft compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, web content, and social media posts, to attract and educate Advisors. • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, investor preferences, and competitive positioning. • Manage and maintain content library, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and compliance with regulatory guidelines. • Collaborate with design and creative teams to develop visually appealing marketing collateral. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to ensure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. • Support sales team with product positioning, training materials, and sales support tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent experience • Five years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing or project management • Experience developing and executing digital campaigns, marketing programs and complex projects • Thorough understanding of traditional and digital platforms • Technical acumen to design campaigns that optimize the use of marketing platforms • Creative thinker • Excellent communication and relationship building skills • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Strong understanding of capital markets and investment concepts, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to a retail investor audience. • Solid knowledge of retirement investment options including: CIT’s, Target Date Funds, Stable Value and mutual funds. • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
