Description

β€’ As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing lifecycle marketing campaigns and programs aimed at driving member activations and utilization of our app and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, sharp project management abilities, and a collaborative mindset. This role reports to the VP of Growth. β€’ Campaign Execution: Plan, develop, and launch activation and utilization campaigns across various channels (email, push, SMS, direct mail) to drive member engagement and app utilization using our marketing automation platform (Braze). β€’ Data-Informed Insights: Analyze channel and campaign performance metrics, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize future campaigns. Ownership of key member marketing dashboards and reports. β€’ Experimentation: Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments to refine targeting, messaging, and overall campaign effectiveness. β€’ Predictive Outreach Programs: Partner closely with our Data Science, Data Engineering, and Client Marketing teams to develop, execute and refine highly targeted marketing campaigns.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a similar role. β€’ Proven track record of managing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels, using marketing automation and CRM platforms. Braze experience highly preferred. β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. β€’ Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines and adhere to QA standards. β€’ Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
