β€’ Kin is looking for a customer-centric and data-driven marketer to drive remarketing campaigns, conversion optimization, and lifecycle marketing. β€’ Partner with product, sales, design, analytics, and channel marketers to drive a single metric: lead conversion rate. β€’ Develop and execute a comprehensive retargeting strategy. β€’ Own the conversion rate optimization (CRO) roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams. β€’ Lead marketing automation efforts, including nurturing leads, upselling, and cross-selling.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years in performance marketing, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related role. β€’ Proficient in marketing analytics with the ability to independently pull and analyze data, coupled with a strong understanding of attribution models. β€’ Experience with A/B testing landing pages and optimizing conversion funnels. β€’ Strong copywriting skills and the ability to articulate value propositions effectively. β€’ Experienced full-stack marketer with a strong history of leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution, adept at managing stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives. β€’ SQL Experience β€’ UX / Design Experience
