📋 Description

• The Director, Thought Leader Liaisons (TLLs) is a remote role that will be responsible for managing and leading a team of TLLs • This team lead will play a critical role in leading and developing a high-performing team of TLLs including providing strategic direction, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful execution of key marketing initiatives • This position will report to the Senior Director, Thought Leader Engagement Strategy and Marketing Operations and will help support the continued growth of FILSPARI® • The Director, TLLs will collaborate cross-functionally on field activities as a strategic business partner with Marketing, Insights and Analytics, Sales management, Patient Advocacy, Compliance, Sales Training, Market Access, and Medical Affairs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or Life Sciences discipline • Previous thought leader liaison experience preferred • Minimum of 10 years of related commercial experience in specialty or rare disease marketing • People management experience required • Demonstrated track record of taking on roles with increasing scope of responsibilities • Strong scientific acumen and understanding of specialty clinical medicine • Proven, consistent history of high performance and leadership in managing remote teams • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain exceptional business relationships • Strong professional experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry • Well organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage shifting responsibilities in a dynamic, cross-functional teamwork environment • Excellent collaboration skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and manage complexity • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required • Successful record of creating and managing complex project plans, timelines, budgets, and critical paths • Ability to adapt to modification and changes to project plans, demonstrating flexibility to implement new strategies and tactics to accommodate these changes
