• The Senior Director of Compensation and Benefits is responsible for designing and implementing benefit and compensation strategies to attract, grow and retain people. • Organizing and supporting large corporate and strategic projects. • Compensation & Bonus Strategies for the entire enterprise. • Execute timely delivery of Compensation Surveys. • Serve as subject matter expert for regulatory compliance of total rewards programs. • Responsible for Director and Board Compensation Plans. • Delivery of Pay Equity Study including evaluations and action plans. • Build and own Merit Strategy Forecasting. • Develop, implement, and communicate comprehensive benefits programs that align with Milo’s commitment to People. • Grow and develop TEAm and Self. • Uphold and demonstrate leadership in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities. • Other responsibilities, as necessary
• Bachelor’s Degree required • Minimum of 8 years of broad-based compensation experience and management experience required • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in HR) is preferred • Professional HR certifications such as CCP, SHRM-CP, PHR, or SHRM-SCP, SPHR preferred • Proven experience in managing a team with a strong understanding of compensation, benefits, and general human resources practice • Strong analytical thinking, elevated level of problem solving, attention to detail, highly skilled in planning/organizing, and leading and developing process improvements • Superior interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to maintain effective relationships with all departments and associates
