Description

• As a Sales Manager (f/m/x), you will be responsible for the entire B2B sales process, from prospecting to closing. • You'll engage with potential carbon credit buyers and build strong relationships to successfully guide clients through the sales pipeline. • You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside the team on an innovative go-to-market strategy in a dynamic and rapidly growing market. • Identify potential carbon credit buyers and reseller partners, establish connections, nurture and qualify leads to expand our pipeline. • Take ownership of our sales pipeline, converting leads into customers to drive our revenue growth and expand our reach across the DACH region. • Build and develop relationships throughout the carbon buyer ecosystem with partners, resellers, and influencers to grow our overall network and business. • Explore creative ways to reach potential clients, from developing sales materials to testing new GTM channels in collaboration with our awesome marketing team. • Share customer and market insights to support product development and assist marketing in go-to-market (GTM) efforts, working closely with them. • Design and streamline sales concepts and methods using tools and automation to drive scalable sales processes (Note: HubSpot is already in operation).

Requirements

• Proven success in business development and scaling a sales function. • Experience in sustainability, ideally in the Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM) and with nature-based carbon solutions. • Eagerness to take responsibility for building out the sales organization, motivating the sales team, and growing into such a role, or documented experience in this area. • Confident networker with consultative and social-selling skills aimed at senior stakeholders in mid-sized and large companies. • Self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and excitement for the potential growth within our startup. • Familiar with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales (automation) tools. • Creative, collaborative, and action-oriented mindset with a "hands-on" approach. • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written). • Based in Austria or Germany, with the ability and willingness to travel when necessary (e.g., to major clients, events, trade shows, meetups, WEF Davos, etc.).
