Description

β€’ Strategic acquisition: Independent identification and approach of potential new customers until the contract is signed. β€’ Contract management: Drafting, negotiating and concluding contracts. β€’ Presentation and consultation: Organising presentations and consultations to introduce our feasibility studies and projects. β€’ Customer support: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with forest owners and business customers to ensure customer success. β€’ Market development: Supporting and co-designing the go-to-market strategy for new markets. β€’ Team leadership: Managing and coaching a team of Junior Sales Representatives. β€’ Process optimisation: Analysis and optimisation of existing sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

β€’ Degree in forestry, business administration or a related field. β€’ At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in forestry, sustainability or a related sector. β€’ Sound knowledge of forestry topics and sustainable management. β€’ Proven success in acquiring new customers and closing contracts. β€’ Strong communication and presentation skills. β€’ High level of initiative, motivation and ability to organise yourself. β€’ Experience in leading and developing sales teams. β€’ Fluent in German, good knowledge of English. β€’ Ability to work in a team, strategic thinking and a proactive approach.
