Requirements
• 5+ years running paid acquisition campaign strategy • Deep expertise running B2B campaigns in Google Ads via search, Pmax, and YouTube • Track record of demonstrating improved efficiency and volume from Google Search campaigns • Strong knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, online & offline conversion event optimization, campaign structure, campaign expansion, ad copy testing, landing page optimization • Proactive approach to monitoring performance and adjusting tactics to make campaigns successful • Straight shooter when it comes to written and verbal communication style • Proactive, self-motivated team player who is committed to helping the company grow
