• Identify and qualify potential business opportunities in patient recruitment solutions • Work closely with internal teams to expand client base • Research and identify potential leads through multiple channels • Engage prospects to build relationships and generate interest • Conduct market research to understand client needs • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Salesforce CRM • Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
