β€’ Responsible for managing multiple client accounts across a broad range of industries β€’ Expert in social media implementation and strategy, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Reddit β€’ Setting strategic direction for paid and organic efforts on client accounts β€’ Project manage, provide feedback, and communicate vision to team members β€’ Responsible for setting ROAS, CPA, and engagement goals with clients β€’ Leading client interactions when necessary β€’ Communicating information to account management teams in regards to client accounts β€’ Strong work ethic and problem-solving ability are essential

Requirements

β€’ 5-7 years with paid and organic social in an agency setting β€’ Technical experience β€’ Experience working with other digital marketing specialists across channels to build full funnel digital marketing campaigns β€’ Proven experience setting strategy on Social (organic and paid) for clients with a track record of successful case studies β€’ Technical mindset with the ability to easily learn new marketing platforms β€’ Proven, hands-on, experience with Social Advertising channels with proven results against CPA or ROAS goals. β€’ Experience forecasting advertising budgets on social media against CPA or ROAS goals β€’ Experience overseeing content direction and strategy across social media channels β€’ Experience with community management for clients in both b2b and b2c spaces β€’ Responsible for staying up to date on latest paid and organic market trends β€’ Strong eye for analytics with ability to prepare reports and present information to clients β€’ Deep experience with audience building & recognizing opportunities for optimizations β€’ Proven knowledge of social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc. with ability to manage/train on these platforms. β€’ Ability to communicate expertise in meetings both internally and client facing β€’ Comfortable managing and communicating with 3rd party vendors to help execute on campaigns β€’ Plus Experience with Unbounce or other landing page builders β€’ Experience with Meta Business Suite β€’ Ability to set up tracking and conversion events across paid social platforms β€’ Strong understanding of Excel β€’ Experience with Hubspot β€’ Experience with PowerPoint β€’ Experience with social listening tools β€’ Experience in Google Data Studio
