📋 Description

• The Account Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share within a specified region. • Strategic account management and new business development are key aspects of this role. • Lead the transition of existing customers to subscription-based models, ensuring customer success and satisfaction. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities including cold calls and networking. • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts. • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals. • Attend and participate in customer meetings and trade shows to promote Trimble solutions. • Provide market feedback to leadership regarding competitive offerings and prospect needs. • Lead and support sales team members, fostering a culture of success.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and account management within transportation, logistics, or technology sectors • Strong understanding of cloud-based architecture and value proposition of subscription models • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas • Proficient with CRM software, preferably Salesforce, and Google Workspace • Experience in selling software solutions to transportation or logistics market preferred • Familiarity with Trimble Transportation's product offerings and broader transportation technology landscape preferred
