📋 Description

• Responsible for generating revenue by closing sales of assigned new business opportunities for the Viewpoint for Projects and Viewpoint Field View products. • Success requires the ability to travel, prospect for new business, and conduct thorough account planning. • Prepare and present customized company overviews and product demonstrations, handle contract negotiations, and close deals. • Working in cooperation with Viewpoint sales and business development managers to develop strategic relationships. • Establishing a qualified pipeline and accurate forecasting of new bookings.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of New Business Development with experience in selling technology solutions (SaaS) into the construction sector, e.g. Contractors, Subcontractors and House Builders. • Sound understanding of technology and the role it plays in the Construction sector. • Experience of working in a highly competitive environment dealing with complex tenders and meeting strict deadlines. • Experience of using some sales methodology, e.g. Challenger and the effective use of CRM tool, ideally Salesforce. • Fluent communication, presentations and negotiation skills in English. • Sales pipeline management and forecasting. • Organised and methodical approach to work. • Motivated self-starter and team player with ability to take ownership. • Ability and willingness to travelling, at least 20%.
